Position Summary – Medpharm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our team in Durham, NC. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced office environment. 

Duration
Program dates: June 9, 2025 – August 1, 2025 (6-8 weeks)

Essential Functions
  • Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management. 
  • Support the team with administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations. 
  • Conduct research on assigned topics and compile information for reports and presentations. 
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including event setup and logistics. 
  • Provide customer service support by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. 
  • Learn about the company's operations and industry best practices. 
Education and Experience
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program or recent graduate.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a dynamic work environment.
